Retail Operation Manager
Job Description
• Setting & Achieving sales target
• Managing multiple Stores/kiosk
• Manpower recruitment & management
• VM, store hygiene
• Weekly store review
• Abiding training compliance, maintaining high scores for Mystery audits.
• Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail sites
• Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.
• Control Shrinkage/pilferage
• Listen to customer complaints to address & resolve their issues
Required Candidate profile
• Prior retail experience in FMCG Sector.
• Excellent communication skill
• Exp. - 5-7 yrs.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
