JOB TITLE: Retail Merchandiser
LOCATION: Udaipur
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee merchandise planning to meet sales, inventory, and margin targets.
• Develop and manage strategies with planners and cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain partnerships with designers/brands, ensuring seamless onboarding and retention.
• Support team growth through mentorship and training.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in Merchandise Planning or Financial Planning with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus.
Travel : 2-3 annual trips for key meetings and events.
