Job Summary

The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and management of inventory for our franchise network. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent vendor management skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of inventory data management and analysis, ensuring that inventory levels are optimised across all franchises.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels, purchase planning, and stock allocation to ensure optimal product availability across stores.
• Execute the purchase process, working closely with vendors to manage orders and ensure timely product delivery.
• Conduct periodic store visits to monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Identify, liaise, and negotiate with vendors to maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Virtually manage stores for Visual Merchandising implementation, ensuring displays align with brand standards and effectively showcase products.
• Train franchise teams on Visual Merchandising techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing and merchandising strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and sales data, generating regular reports on performance metrics and Visual Merchandising assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
