Duties and Responsibilities • Developing and implementing marketing strategies:
Marketing executives are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. Marketing executives must have a good understanding of the market and consumer behaviour. They conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.• Analysing data:
Marketing executives analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.• Collaborating with other departments:
Marketing executives work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.• Managing budgets:
Marketing executives are responsible for managing marketing budgets and ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective.• Building relationships with stakeholders:
Marketing executives build relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and vendors to promote the company's products or services• Conduct and co-ordinate Perfumery Workshops
• Co-ordination for corporate orders
### Requirements
Key Task:
=============
• Once the marketing calendar is prepared -plan with the management team and effectively execute in all the stores with the help of ASM.(Seasonal decor if required )
• Keep constant touch with the mall marketing team and try to participate in events
• which can increase the footfall in stores ( Discount vouchers, Gift coupons ETC ) Help the retail team to get things done by communicating with the media team ( Weekly meetings with ASMs)
• Evaluate the efficacy of marketing activities done by the store manager and ASM ( This need to be discussed)
• Create and discuss Marketing report with Board of directors bi-weekly.
Expertise and Skills
========================
• Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel.
