Retail / Franchise Development Manager
Job Description
: Developing a business plan to help the company grow and achieve its goals Evaluating potential locations for new stores based on market demand and competition from existing businesses Identifying new opportunities for expanding into new markets or products Negotiations with landlords on terms of lease agreements for new stores Analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth within existing markets Monitoring competitor activity in the market and adjusting marketing campaigns as needed Developing strategic plans to help existing stores improve performance Managing the overall operations of a franchise operation to ensure that it is running smoothly Develop marketing strategies for business development Ensuring that all employees receive adequate training on company policies and procedures Work as an interface between the brand and investors for increasing closure probability and leading to the signing of an agreement. Task and monitor the functioning of the branches toward business expansion. Will be responsible to ensure that the organization and its mission, programs, product and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Promotes goodwill through publicity efforts like organizing exhibitions, and publishing articles in the newspaper or on the official website of the company. Handling Recruitment for new stores
