Position: Retail Fashion Consultant

We're searching for a stylish, hard-working fashion consultant to join our team to help our clients discover their fashion goals and work towards them.



Roles & Responsibility:

• Listen to a customer's fashion goals and develop a plan to help them reach those goals
• Help the customers make selections, offering suggestions, and opinions
• Ensure that the pieces and outfits you select fit the client's preferences, style, body type,
• and price range
• Keep yourself up to date on the latest trends in fashion
• Informs customers on product features and answers customer queries
• Supports retail store operations including cash and inventory management
• Sets up and organizes store merchandise to drive visibility and sales
• Achieving of monthly sales quotas and targets for the store
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and influencers to expand the customer
• base and promote fashion consulting services through word-of-mouth referrals and social
• media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a retail store - preferably clothing or home furnishings
• Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
• Extensive knowledge of fashion trends, industry standards, and brand representation
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique fashion strategies that align with brand
• identities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
