The Role:
Looking to hire Expansion Managers (Retail Sales Officer, Sr. Retail Sales Officer and Executive Retail) with an experience in channel sales/ Dealers & Distributors
Creating business strategies to meet the revenue numbers, attract new customers, and enhance profitability.t
Must have complete knowledge of the local areas of the District
Must be a hustler and a smart communicator
Should be comfortable with travelling four to five days in a week
Needs to keep a check on the sales numbers and improvise accordingly
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Conducting market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
Most importantly, we are looking for passionate intrapreneurs who want to work at the grass root level, drive impact in Indias biggest sector & Help Farmers Win!
2 to 4 years of experience in Agriculture industry.
Preferred undergrad or masters degree in Agriculture
Prior experience of managing a team of sales professionals
Passionate about sales and driving revenue
Excellent communication skills
