Job overview We are looking for a retail executive to manage and oversee the sales and inventory of our store. As a retail executive you will be responsible to ensure smooth running of operations. Job responsibilities
- Organizing all store operations
- Managing billing and cashiering
- Handling stock and effectively control inventory
- Coordinating with Merchandise for inventory replenishments
- Staying informed about product knowledge
- Proactively engage with customers and assist them with their needs
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- High School Diploma
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or equivalent sector
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Good communication skills
