Responsibilities: This is an exciting role and would entail you to become an integral part our wider e-commerce media team: 1. Oversight and management of a team of Ecoomerce Specialists a. Develop the METAIL capabilities of the EMEA team through training programs, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. b. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team. c. Ensure the output of the team is continually meeting and exceeding expectations d. Administration of tasks throughout the team. 2. METAIL Strategy creation and implementation a. Oversee or directly manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting b. Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance c. Work with Senior Stakeholders to improve speed in execution d. Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies e. Report on performance 3. Reporting and Analytics: a. Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for digital marketing campaigns. b. Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate campaign results and insights effectively. c. Create reports on the teams performance and outputs. 4. Suggesting, Creating and Running Test and Learn a. Create, test and measure customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes. 5. Team Development: a. Work with teams to identify new opportunities for clients and resolve any client issues promptly. b. Ensuring the team is continually raising the bar and abreast of industry and Amazon developments. c. Training to the team. 6. Industry Awareness: a. Stay informed about industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients. b. Bachelors Degree
5+ years\' experience in leading or managing an eCommerce or a digital marketing team
Be able to speak Proficiency Business English
Strong understanding of Amazon workings - specifically in Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Services, and Seller Central
Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, A/B test, display and affiliate channels.
Confidence developing and overseeing eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.
Willingness to roll up sleeves and root cause performance.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast changing environment.
Detail oriented, excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
