Retail Counter Staff

Camerry Ice Cream is seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Retail Counter Staff. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and love ice cream, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide a delightful experience.
• Serve ice cream and other menu items efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and seating area.
• Restock supplies and ensure product availability.
• Address customer queries and resolve minor concerns with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Prior experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
