:Location- AhmedabadExperience- 4-9yearsEducation- Graduate and aboveSkills- Retail Business Development, Expanions, Property AqusitionsKey Result AreasCreate the budgeted retailspace as per the brand requirements
- Create Line of sight properties in Mall/ HS & convert them to store Launch as per budget & continuously look for newer opportunities for Conversion with in the Financial year.
- Continuously update the market mapping data for Expansion opportunities & plan timely entry for Cost & Competitive advantage.
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlord & Mall developers to get Right Location , Right Size & at the Right Cost .
- Study relevant markets to understand business potential.
- Continuously monitorcompetition and marketactivities.
- Map spacesas per currentand forecasted requirements.
- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places.
- Ensure strong network of franchisees (Existing & New ).
- Learn aboutthe processes &systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general.
- Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them.To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day updations and review with the superiors
