Manage each of the retail applications annual D&T cost incurred and possible cost reductions throughout the year.
Complexity:
Strong demonstrated experience in supporting Technology systems associated with physical stores across areas like POS, ticketing, Event management, Food & Beverages, Gift Cards, venue management and integrated ecommerce.
Hands on experience in configuring, managing, enhancing and upgrading physical retail systems
Experience with applications like Vend, Zonal, Zoind, Adyen, Anyroad, Secutix
Strong knowledge of Data privacy and experience working with payment sytems/providers like Adyen
Strong understanding of implementing and supporting connected retail experience across POS, ecommerce, CDP marketing automation.
Strong understanding of SAP integrations for retail, F&B, Events related business processes
Experienced in click and collect purchase in store, purchase online and other D2C models.
Experienced in managing Retail systems integration through integration platforms like Mulesoft, Opswise, etc
Leadership Responsibilities:
Anticipate and proactively clear bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Ensure that all processes are followed properly and in service to the larger goal of customer satisfaction
Build strong Business Stakeholder relationships to address various support requirement
Collaborate with other teams across the valuestreams in Consumer, Corporate, Enterprise Services to ensure services are delivered within time and within the SLAs
Purpose of Role:
Accountable for Technology Application support for Physical commerce applications used in brand home sites.
The technologies to be supported are for Retail Operations, backoffice, F&B Front of House, F&B Back of House, Events, Ticketing, Giftcards reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
Top 3-5 Accountabilitie:
Primary Run lead for physical retail systems.
Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues within SLAs. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
Manage vendor delivery for application support provided by them eg Vend, Zonal, Zoind, Adyen, Anyroad, Secutix
Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
10+ years of Technology experience.
Min 5+ years of relevant experience.
Hands-on results-oriented attitude with a strong bias for action; proven track record of getting things done with end-to-end thinking under pressure.
Excellent collaboration and organization skills with strong adaptability able to set priorities and problem solve to meet deadlines in a complex and changing environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, and superior communication capability including written and verbal communication to articulate technical concepts simply and confidently.
