Job Description

Sales Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing support in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

In-person Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Strategy Development: Work with management to create strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive growth and market presence.

Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance performance.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Customer Query Resolution: Address escalated customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Forecasting: Create sales forecasts, set budgets, and track performance.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, customer insights, and trends for management.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to find new business opportunities.

Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure aligned customer engagement and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
• sales representative: 1 year (Required)
• Fashion retail: 1 year (Required)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
• Salon: 1 year (Required)
