We're seeking freshers or an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant to support our supervisory team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in managing team members
- Monitor and coordinate daily tasks and activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Freshers or 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Basic communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
