Position: Area Sales Manager (South) - Apparel Retail Brand
Base Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Overall 7-10 years exp (Min 2-3 years as Area Manager / Cluster Manager)
Working Days: 6 Days per week
Budget (CTC): upto 13 LPA

• Preferably from Premium Retail Apparel Brands •

Job duties and responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the store sales team and respective Store Managers.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the entire sales team.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and in-store experience.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new trends and competition status.
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to Higher Management.
• Candidates with an apparel brand experience will be preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as Area Sales Manager

Job requirements

• Graduate/PostGraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration OR Retail Management OR Hotel Management OR Regular Graduates with related field experience will be preferred.
• Successful previous experience as an Area Manager, Area sales manager or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, meetings and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Ability to manage teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
