• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly as they approach the stall.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, providing information about ingredients, and suggesting specials or popular dishes.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's ordering system if applicable.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Food Preparation and Assembly:
• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly portioned, and presented attractively.
• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation area, including regular cleaning of cooking equipment and surfaces.
• Cash Handling and Transactions:
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and securely.
• Process transactions quickly and efficiently, providing customers with accurate change and receipts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized cash register area, including balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils regularly to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Dispose of waste and recycling properly, following established procedures.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed, including food items, condiments, and packaging materials.
• Teamwork and Communication:
• Collaborate with other stall staff members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in training new staff members and providing support and guidance as needed.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations:
• Follow all health and safety protocols and guidelines, including proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, promptly addressing any safety hazards or concerns.
• Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including those related to COVID-19 precautions if applicable.
