Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar & Cuttack
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant . The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and a proven track record in managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining quality, optimizing profits, and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control labor costs
• Oversee food preparation and presentation
• Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels
• Implement and maintain standards of food safety and sanitation
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings
