Job Summary: Pasta Street India is looking for a Restaurant managers who will responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with a goal of controlling costs and providing a high quality experience to customers. Responsibilities Includes: Supervise day-to-day activities and lead the overall restaurant operations. Manage and drive the overall sales and operations of the restaurant. Responsible for achieving budgeted profitability for the restaurants. Managing the complete manpower of various department (front office, kitchen, housekeeping, delivery, valet services & security) Maintaining outlet level cash flow and preparing weekly and monthly record. Controlling and monitoring general restaurants and ensuring the same within the approved budget for both Front and Back of house. Monitoring format, checklist & Reports for better operational control. Responsible for outlet level inventory management. Must have experience of handling Casual or Fine Dine restaurant. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality will be preferrable. Eligibility: 4-7 years of relevant Experience. Must have experience of handling a restaurant independently. Hotel Management or Hospitality Educational qualification is preferrable.
