Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Serving: Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Guest Feedback: Listen to guest feedback and respond appropriately to enhance their dining experience.
