Pathira Kozhi Restaurant is looking for an experienced and customer-friendly

Waiter

to join our team at our Kalamassery, Ernakulam location. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders and deliver them accurately. Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before and after service. Assist customers with menu recommendations and address any inquiries. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
