URGENT REQUIREMENT!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menu information, take food and beverage orders, and answer any questions about the menu or daily specials.
• Ensure all orders are served promptly and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Refill drinks, clear used plates, and ensure the table is always tidy throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared to the guest's specifications.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Recommend food and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after service.
• Deliver checks and process payments accurately.
• Follow all restaurant policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide great service under pressure.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
