• Present menus and answer questions about our dishes, showcasing your knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and attentively.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Present bills and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
