Job Title: Captain (Male) required for Kerala Based in Chennai

Qualification: 12th std complete (minimum). Diploma and above (Preferred).

Experience: 2+ years in field of Restaurant, Hotel F&B.

Location: Chennai & Pondichery

Languages: Should know English, Tamil and Hindi.

Salary Band: 20000 - 23000

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of restaurant before service begins - crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs etc should all be in their best condition

- greet customer, make them comfortable, allocate tables and answer queries on phone if required

- Present menu, answer queries, suggest dishes to customers as per their preferences

- Taking the orders and serving of food and beverages. Clearly communicate customer preferences to kitchen.

- Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, glass, etc. throughout the duty hours.

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, get feedback

- Assist in co-ordinating home delivery orders on mobile apps.

- He wlll be responsible for day to day stock in co-ordination with kitchen team for

smooth operation.

- He will assist in receiving goods and issuing stock following Fifo and Lifo as applicable.

- He shall assist in purchase activities and marking indent

- Shall be responsible for Billing and maintenance of cash register.

- Should have pleasant personality, and excellent grooming.

- Responsibilities and exact profile will be further finalized based on candidate's prior experience
