Job Description

We are hiring for restaurant supervisor for our restaurant in salt lake sector 1 near city center 1.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and safety. This role involves a combination of leadership, operational management, and customer service to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and meets financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and procurement of supplies and food products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs to meet business needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
• Create a welcoming and positive dining experience for guests.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to meet financial targets.
• Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on financial performance, staff performance, and operational issues.
• Additional Duties:
• Attend and participate in management meetings and training sessions.
• Handle special events, private parties, and catering as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, typically 3-5 years.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
