We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Pune Airport. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing excellent service to our guests, and leading the restaurant team to deliver memorable dining experiences.Key Responsibilities:Shift Management: Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and courteously.Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, on service standards, product knowledge, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of restaurant staff, providing feedback, coaching, and recognition to encourage excellence and foster a positive work environment.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages served meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in the restaurant, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.Team Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with restaurant management, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations and a positive guest experience.Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, customer relations, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and financial processes.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is desirable.
