Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities in the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, addressing their concerns or complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Place orders with suppliers as needed, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of restaurant staff, providing feedback on areas of improvement and recognizing outstanding performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Implement any changes or updates communicated by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
