Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in Restaurant management.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.

- Ensure high-quality food service delivery and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.

- Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field.

- Proficiency in POS systems and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

- Strong understanding of inventory management practices within the food industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Hospitality or hotel management degree is a plus.
