Crunchys is a Fast Growing fast food Restaurant Brand in Pan India. We are hiring Restaurant Supervisor for our Fast Food Restaurant. Minimum 1 year of experience required in QSR/Fast Food Restaurant area.

Duties & Responsibilities :
• Customer service : Provide excellent customer service and be able to communicate well with customers and staff
• Staff management : Hire, train, and schedule staff, and evaluate their performance
• Food quality : Oversee food preparation to ensure kitchen staff follow safe food handling and sanitation practices
• Inventory : Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
• Compliance : Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures, and comply with food health and safety requirements
• Problem solving : Be organized and able to come up with solutions to problems quickly
• Attention to detail : Pay close attention to detail to anticipate customer and staff needs
• Communication : Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and managers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
