3. Track key metrics such as satisfaction rates and usage, ensuring restaurants are getting the most out of the platform
4. Provide timely and effective support to resolve any issues or miscommunications related to the software
5. Gather insights and suggestions from restaurants to help improve and enhance QRapid\'s features
6.
