Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing & Cleaning:
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
Kitchen Assistance:
Assist in kitchen cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces and cleaning equipment.
Ensure that the kitchen environment is hygienic and adheres to health and safety standards.
Stock Management:
Help organize storage areas, ensuring all kitchen and restaurant supplies are properly stored and easily accessible.
Ensure that the stock of cleaning materials and kitchen supplies is maintained and notify supervisors when items are running low.
Support to Service Staff:
Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to various stations, including the bar and dining area.
Assist in setting up dining tables with clean cutlery, glasses, and napkins as needed.
Health & Safety:
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Ensure that food safety guidelines are followed, and report any discrepancies.
Waste Management:
Handle waste disposal efficiently and in line with environmental standards.
Assist in recycling initiatives where applicable.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist with the preparation of cleaning schedules and help implement them.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment breakdowns to the supervisor.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
