Job Description

A Restaurant Trainer's job description can include:

• Training Training new employees, mentoring students, and providing training for new product rollouts
• Leadership Assigning work, reviewing and evaluating work, identifying staff needs, and promoting the brand
• Operations Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, including food stock control and maintaining food hygiene and health and safety legislation
• Teaching Delivering a program of teaching methodically, accurately, and within a set time scale
• Customer service Providing training in professional dining service and beverage skills
• Communication Liaising with academic staff and other staff to ensure a high standard of curriculum delivery is maintained
• Organization Coordinating student schedules with the faculty and organizing functions, competitions, and other commercial events

Some qualifications for a restaurant trainer may include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strength and agility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to read, count, write, and follow recipes accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?750.00 per day

Expected hours: 2 per week
