Job Title: Restaurant Service Staff (Male)
Location: The Hotel Rainbird, Port Blair, Andaman
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for an experienced male restaurant service staff for The Hotel Rainbird. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with knowledge of Bengali being a preference. The candidate should be able to provide top-class guest service, handle billing operations using Tally, and create KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets). Additionally, the individual should be skilled at promoting and convincing guests to try the hotel's special dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality guest service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Promote and recommend the hotel's special dishes to guests.
• Handle billing processes efficiently using Tally.
• Create and manage KOTs accurately.
• Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant service.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is preferred).
• Experience with Tally for billing purposes.
• Ability to create and manage KOTs.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and satisfy guests.
• Must be persuasive in promoting the hotel's special food offerings.
