As a Restaurant Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on menu items.- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.- Monitor tables to ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.- Prepare and deliver checks, and collect payment from guests.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next service.- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and courteously.- Upsell additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, to enhance the dining experience.- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.**Qualifications:**- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.- Freshers are most welcome to apply- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.We look forward to meeting you!Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per monthBenefits:
