Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and setting tables, including seasonal decorations.
- Welcoming customers, seating them, and serving water or refilling glasses.
- Delivering beverages from the bartender.
- Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.
- Stocking wait staff serving stations with essentials.
- Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.
- Assisting in cleaning and opening/closing tasks.
- Scraping food from dirty dishes, washing them, and putting them away.
- Sweeping, mopping, and polishing various areas.
- Transporting used linen to/from laundry or housekeeping.
- Assisting with unloading and storing stock.
- Day shift

- Diploma (Preferred)
