Job Description

Waiters and waitresses take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure customer satisfaction. They also maintain the dining area and handle payments. Responsibilities

Greet customers and seat them Take orders from customers Serve food and drinks in a timely manner Check in with customers during their meal Answer customer questions Handle cash or card payments Keep the dining area clean and tidy Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning Prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required Relay food and beverage orders to kitchen workers
Skills and qualifications

Excellent communication skills A friendly demeanor A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service role is often preferred In depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu
Other duties

Ensure people with allergies are safe Monitor quality of Food & Beverage being served Consistently monitor inventory levels and restock as needed Assist in the hiring and training of new waitstaff
