Overview:

Timing:- 10 AM to 3 PM and 6 PM to 11 PM

As a restaurant receptionist, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. You are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or in-person, accurately recording all details and ensuring availability.
• Seating Arrangements: Manage the seating plan efficiently, considering table availability, guest preferences, and server workload to maximize restaurant capacity.
• Customer Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about menu items, special promotions, and any other relevant details to enhance their dining experience.
• Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication hub between guests and restaurant staff, relaying special requests, dietary restrictions, and other pertinent information to the appropriate personnel.
• Reservation Confirmation: Confirm reservations with guests prior to their arrival, and follow up on any changes or cancellations promptly.
• Guest Feedback: Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining reservation records.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with restaurant management, servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
• Customer Service Oriented: A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservation management and billing processes.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and unexpected challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reservation management software and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
