• Operations Management:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring food quality and service standards.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Staff Management:
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff members.
• Scheduling shifts and managing payroll.
• Motivating and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Financial Management:
• Setting and achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
• Monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
• Creating budgets and financial reports.
• Implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Customer Service:
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Dealing with customer issues and special requests.
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Marketing and Promotions:
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Promoting the restaurant through various channels.
• Collaborating with marketing professionals or agencies as needed.
• Administration:
• Maintaining records and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and other regulations.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
