The ideal candidate will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring that each guest experiences the warmth and joy of Mexican hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage all aspects of the restaurant performance through thorough analysis and detailed planning to achieve operational objectives and profitability goals.
- Staff Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality and customer service. Schedule and oversee staff shifts and assignments, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Enhance guest satisfaction by establishing high standards for service and food quality. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact, ensuring guests leave with a positive experience.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, control inventory, and analyze restaurant sales levels and profitability. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the restaurant.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and events. Engage with the local community to enhance the restaurant\'s profile and drive business objectives.
- Menu Development: Work closely with the culinary team to refine and enhance the menu, ensuring a genuine Mexican culinary experience while considering customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software PetPooja, like POS systems and Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets. Accounting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
- Passionate about food, service excellence, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is a plus.
