- Manage all aspects of the restaurant\'s operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
- Create and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to improve operations.
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
