Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Gourmet Burger Restaurant Location: NIBM, Pune. Job Overview: As the Restaurant Manager for our Gourmet Burger Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the restaurant. Nestled in a fun, artistically designed space, our restaurant attracts a vibrant and upscale crowd. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the restaurant\'s high standards of service, quality, and ambiance, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead by example, setting high standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism among staff. Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance. Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. Interact with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste, adhering to established recipes and standards. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols. Financial Management: Manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and financial performance, aiming to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Managing the raw material ordering for the outlet. Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste through effective inventory management practices. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Organize special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance the restaurant\'s visibility and reputation in the community. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of [X years] in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or gourmet dining establishment.
