Ideal candidate must be smart, energetic, and passionate about this work, should have good knowledge & experience managing the sales, operations & caf\xc3\xa9 staff and FROM FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY ONLY. Responsibilities and Duties
- Setting budgets for revenues & costs & exceeding performance through better selling & cost-control
- Perform cash, quality & inventory audits
- Hiring, retaining & maintaining the most motivated, high performing sales team in-store.
- Work with marketing team to innovate & execute on marketing strategies to improve sales.
- Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.
- Work towards maintaining high quality standards, setting optimum inventory controls.
- Rotational shift
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
