Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Coffee Culture Reserve (Piplod, Mitul Square)Job Summary: The Main Manager at Coffee Culture Reserve is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and overall success of the coffee shop. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:
Monitor financial performance, analyze P&L statements, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Control costs, optimize revenue, and manage budget allocations.
Food Costing:
Ensure efficient food cost management by monitoring inventory, pricing, and portion control.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain cost-effective menu offerings.
Training and Motivation:
Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
Duty Management:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Handle any operational challenges or emergencies.
Hiring and Staff Management:
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Schedule shifts, manage staff performance, and address any HR-related issues.
Guest Feedback Management:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Implement improvements based on guest suggestions.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit various reports, including cash reporting, sales reporting, feedback reporting, and maintenance reports.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation (MIR) and analyze food cost data.
Excellence in Daily Operations:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to brand standards.
Address operational challenges promptly.
Sales Increment Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and footfall.
Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to drive customer engagement.
Purchase, Software, and CRM:
Manage inventory procurement, vendor relationships, and stock levels.
Utilize software tools for inventory tracking, sales analysis, and customer relationship management.
Guest Feedbacks :
Train staff on handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in restaurant or coffee shop management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using software tools for reporting and inventory management.
