Job DefinitionTo organise, develop, operate and administer all the Food and BeverageOperations.QualificationAbove 12th Pass, Hotel Management / GraduateDuties & Responsibilitiesa. Responsible for overall store performance which includesoperations, sales, profit & loss, People (Internal & External).b. To work in co-ordination with the Reporting Manager for thedevelopment of new menus and menu changesc. To plan for and schedule manpower, equipment and supplyrequirements for the store operations.d. To improve employee productivity and food quality by selecting themost flexible facility design and the best layout and equipmente. Responsible for on job training and proficiency of employees inoutlet.f. To formulate and adapt sample forms for easier planning,purchasing, pricing, safety and recipe development activitiesg. To assess profitability by comparing budgeted F&B costs withactual costs based on standard recipes and recipe costsh. To recommend food and beverage service standards andspecifications in clear relation to industry standards.i. To originate and approve the general stores requisition, beveragerequisition and the kitchen requisition as per weekly/ dailyschedules planned.j. To maintain par stocks for food stuff, stationary and non-alcoholicbeverages, packaging materials. Also, to revise these par stocksas per seasonal changes.k. To initiate programmes on guest recognition, and put forth variousincentives to achieve guest recognition at outlets.Required Skills a. 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experiencerequiredb. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsc. Strong interpersonal and communication skillsd. Excellent leaderships skillse. Problem-solving skills.f.
