Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team to plan and maintain a high-quality menu. Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards and are consistently prepared to the restaurant\'s specifications. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs. Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment for both customers and employees. Train team on proper food handling and safety procedures. Streamline restaurant operations to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various restaurant functions. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic. Provide training and development opportunities for the team. Recruit and supervise the restaurant team, including servers, chefs, kitchen team, and support personnel. Set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Create and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate teaming levels during peak hours.
