Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, sales forecasts, and profit and loss statements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence by consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in Mumbai.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
