  • Food and Beverage Management (Mandatory skill)
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer experiences and handle customer issues effectively.
  • Menu Planning: Experience in creating diverse and appealing menus that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary needs.
  • Staff Training: Proven capability in training, mentoring, and developing staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Skilled in maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing wastage.
  • Budgeting: Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the restaurant\'s standards.
  • Vendor Relations: Strong negotiating skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
