Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Madurai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the hotel\'s restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, and overseeing food and beverage service. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent communication skills to communicate with guests and staff Experience in hiring and training staff Strong background in food and beverage service Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred Experience in hotel or restaurant management Familiarity with current food and beverage trends and regulations Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
