And with the city\xe2\x80\x99s malls and souks within a few minutes\xe2\x80\x99 drive, you can experience all the spoils of the city without spoiling your precious relaxation time.What you will doSelect, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees inclusive of managers.Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash controlWork closely with the Restaurants and IRD Manager, assigned Sous Chef and pastry to maintain effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.What you bring3+ years of previous experience in similar role in five-star luxury hotels in the Middle EastFluent level of English & Arabic both written and spokenDue to nature of the job female candidates are preferredStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, and financialsProven track record in driving sales, achieving targets, and managing costsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independentlyAbility to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditionsExcellent customer service and communication skillsWhat we offerDepartment Head benefits as per Four Seasons Kuwait policyComplimentary nights at FS Hotels worldwideRegular social and sporting eventsPaid home leave ticketsQuality employee mealsFull medical coverageWork AuthorizationHotel will apply for the work authorization for the successful candidateWe look forward to receiving your application!
