Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste and cost.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any complaints or issues promptly.
Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure their dining experience is satisfactory.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
