Responsibilities: Run daily operations for a great guest experience Lead a small, positive team Connect with customers for their happiness Schedule shifts that work for our small crew Keep things clean, safe, and in line with rules Train new team members Manage supplies, costs, and hit sales targets Engage customers and promote on social media (FB, Instagram) Organize events, birthdays, and gatherings for extra fun Qualifications: Some restaurant management experience Friendly, good with people, and can lead a small team Basic money management and tech skills Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays OK with hands-on work Social media savvy for brand promotions Experience in organizing events Job Type: Part-time Salary: 15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 42 \xe2\x80\x93 50 per week Schedule:
